Built in 1754, Casa Delestrac began life as a paper mill before later becoming an olive oil mill. Its history remains visible throughout the house: in the thickness of its walls, the original stone, the timber structure and the unexpected scale of its rooms.
Following a five-year restoration, the building has been transformed into a private contemporary retreat without erasing the traces of what came before.
Lime-plaster walls, timber beams, stone textures and sculptural bathrooms sit alongside warm, minimalist interiors. The result is neither a hotel nor a conventional country house, but a deeply personal home created for living, gathering and slowing down.
